In our laboratory, the person who celebrates his/her birthday must present the birthday cake(s) to all the members, because we all can do research in the laboratory, by collaborating with the members who assist the study of the member. Therefore, everyone including Professor has to express his/her own appreciation to all the members, by presenting the cake(s). Cheers!
