    Nowadays,therearealargenumberofuserswhopostcomplaintsaboutacertainserviceontheInternet.Becauseusershavevariousvaluesandviews,eveniftheyreceivethesameservice,theymaycomplainindifferentways.However,itisquitedifficulttorespondtovarioususerdemandsforserviceinrealtimeandtherearealmostnodirectsolutionswhenusersfeeldissatisfiedwithacertainservice.Therefore,inthispaper,weproposeamethodthatgeneratesquerykeywordsaccordingtovarioususercomplaintsaboutacertainserviceforcollectingadvice.Togeneratequerykeywords,weextractthecompanynames,complainttopicwordsandadvicetopicwordsfromcomplaintdata.Thensuitablewebpagescontainingadvicearerecommendedfromtheresultsofthequery.Thisadvicecouldaddressusers’dissatisfactionandrespondtotheirdifferentdemandsinacomprehensiveway.
